"Communicated with agreed upon Scheduled date and estimate time, arrived Promptly, completed front and back dethatching and aeration on same day prior to inclement weather though had to return with a smaller aeration equipment to enter back yard gate. I would strongly recommend company though initially I was surprised an additional charge was added for using smaller lawn mowers to pick up thatching though our yards are both small and we have had poor experiences in past with larger mowers tearing up our sod as I explained.
