He treats unexpected issues like when a there was an infestation of weeds from out of USA or where insects are a new infestation. He is very professional, while being personal, funny and easy going. We look forward to his regular treatment, and when he observed a spot that needs some special treatment. We have have a year agreement so we don’t have to get bills or monthly service and we prefer that."
