I've worked as apartment maintenance overseeing 420 Apartments, and if it is something I cannot do I will let you know. But I guarantee quality work without the outrageous cost of most companies. I'm just a person that likes to fix things and make them look as good or better than they did before broken. That includes carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, AC repairs, even Appliance repairs. "Started off well. Seemed nice and reputable. Then went downhill. I told him exactly where to get trim molding and he refused to check there and wasted hours searching and got frustrated and his attitude reflected his frustration. I made one phone call to place I told him that had molding... Wow, they had it in stock!!! Sheetrock repair was average at best. I had to redo a big portion. I asked for estimates for portions of work and was asked to be patient but when he wanted payment, wasn't patient at all. Would not use him ever again.
