Secondly, he sent me an invoice within the very next day of estimate and thoroughly explained all my options as I explained what I wanted done. He gave me a detailed estimate outlining the project, that fit my budget and time frame for completion. It was completed in 2 days, tear out, leveling and framing, with porch roof braces removed and walkable on 3rd day.
