He came to look at the job on Saturday and repaired the Newell post that was broken and completely off the stairs and on Monday morning he installed it and cleaned up entirely and also tightened the stair rail by installing a bracket. When I got home from work and inspected the job done by Rich I was completely satisfied and so was my wife and we will use Rich again if we need to. Highly recommend his services."

Additionally, they updated all the electrical running under the deck / outside (to code), replaced a downspout that was running underground that had collapsed, and also installed a new block window under the deck.
