"The Rott crews did an excellent job. Had not just asphalt shingles done. Underlayment was replaced, two skylights, and some gutter and siding where needed. They gave me a 20YEAR warranty. I found out the hard way, you get what you pay for! The replaced underlayment and shingles before Rott on my 1860 farm house roof was only 8 years old and looked brand new, but after 4 years had multiple water leaks. I found three leaks under shingles and tared them, but for the last 4 years, I just could not find where the roof was still leaking. So I hired Rott. Without getting into a long description, when the shingles came off the underlayment the previous roofers put on, the underlayment was installed improperly, rotted in multiple places and had to be completely replaced. I can highly recommend Rott as to the quality work they had done on my roof."
