"Crew was very young but worked hard to get the job done to the best of their ability. They were not equipped with the proper tools to remove the metal gutter guards which I would would have preferred, and after borrowing a screwdriver were unable to do so, leaving them in place. They were, however, able to sufficiently clean the gutters snd downspouts, but were not able to straighten out the wire mesh to lay flat after cleaning. They had to go over several areas of mold on the foundation concrete that were pointed out by my wife as they were packing up to leave but willingly did so to her satisfaction. Also, there was a fair bit of debris left behind that needed to be cleaned up after they left. The men were very courteous and polite, but lacked experience and needed some supervision. They estimated the job to take 1 1/2 hours, but actually it took 3 1/2 including the re-washing parts. Overall it turned out ok."
