"Very, very well! The existing sliding glass door had three panels that were very heavy and the new sliding door going in had three panels and was very heavy. The job was only supposed to take about 2 to three hours. But, when the existing sliding door was taken out they discovered that it was originally installed pretty poorly, and had a lot of shims and actually a cement bag stuffed up in the top tracking area. Ridgetop went above and beyond by ensuring the new door was being installed correctly. They cemented to level out the bottom track area so that when the track was laid it would be level and not have to be shimmed. So, they ended up being here about 6 hours due to original incorrect installation and to ensure the new door was installed correctly. After they installed the new door their cleanup was meticulous. To the point of even wiping down the white vinyl and the window. Which pleased me very much because I am a neat freak. The quality of the door that was installed was excellent! It is Hurricane resistant, noise-reducing, and surprisingly for the weight of it, it slides effortlessly. All in all I am very pleased with Ridge Top exteriors! It is obvious to me that Ridgetop exteriors has great pride and confidence in their work and their products. I would absolutely, most definitely refer them to a friend or even a stranger at the grocery store!"

"I requested an estimate to replace an opener for one door and add a sliding lock to the second. Ben B, the technician, diagnosed the problem and prescribed a much cheaper option to repair my opener. He was courteous, professional and worked quickly. He explained maintenance steps we should take in the future. Ben also installed a sliding lock to reinforce our second door. The office called me first to let me know the timeframe in which he would arrive and Ben called me when he was 30 minutes out. "A 3 week project turned into 5 weeks.  Yes, there would be a day delay in between inspections but the schedule lacked coordination. The tile guy was scheduled to come on a Saturday but no one bothered to call the tile supplier to see if they were open on Saturday so that the tile guy could pick up the tile which caused a delay.  The plastering where the flourescent lights were was uneven and had to be retouched.  The drywall had to be retouched in order to pass inspection because the drywall guys did not put in the requried screws needed.
The floor tiles were installed the same day the custom cabinetry was to be installed.  The end result was that the some of the newly grouted tile cracked under the weight of the cabinet installation.
Emails and calls were made to Bryan to alert him of these incidents, he assured us it would be taken care of.  He came by sporadically not after each job was done.  He should have been here to see each step completed to address issues firsthand.  Instead, I missed 5 weeks of work and had to inspect all the errors and get back to him.
The second time we went to fill the bathtub after the job was completed, the shower valve popped off the wall.  My husband sent him an email and he called the next day to say one of his handy men would come by.  The handyman saw that the new shower valve had not been installed correctly.  He finished it as best he could so that the carrera marble tiles would not have to be removed because the hole where the valve was not big enough.  That worked until today less than 5 months after completion when I went to fill up the tub and the faucet for the tub does not work.  The shower comes on but the water does not pour into the tub.So tomorrow,
I will be calling a PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER to do the work that this company failed to do.
