"We had them come out last August to spray and discuss a periodic treatment plan.  They were great and we signed up.  They come every two months and unless we see their truck, we don't even know that they are there.  However we've called them out twice for specific issues (birds one time) and they are very responsive and very professional.  Since we are signed up for their periodic service, there is no charge when they come out for an extra call-out. <br /> They are fantastic. <br />"

"I work at home, out of a home office. As such, I hear just about any little thing that goes on in the house. A few weeks ago, I heard a clatter above my head, and knew something was up. I climbed into the attic space, found an animal skeleton and paths through the insulation, and decided I needed a professional. Another company didn't even return our call, but Clark came a few days after the initial call. The tech came exactly at the time we set for the appointment, and did an external examination of our house and the attic space. He quickly determined that we had rats and squirrels, and came back for a second visit for a more through exam of any places the critters could enter. Two technicians came back with more equipment and after a very thorough check of the roof determined that a minimum of work needed to be done. It turned out to be far less than we expected, but I gave it a B because we signed up for a regular pest control service that's more expensive than the company we were using, but we're getting better (and in my opinion, more knowledgeable) service."

"Fred, the Rep. for the company was prompt. I took him on a tour of what I most wanted done and asked questions about several things that I was thinking of for the house, garage and outside. He was polite and took his time in checking out every inch and gave me suggestions and explained what they could do as far as lawn and my flower beds. He supplied me with booklets and information on insects, flowers and lawn treatments and not once did he try to pressure me into any contracts. We talked and laughed about my lack of knowledge of keeping the lawn and flowers at their best. He left and gave me plenty of time to read over all the materials he had left with his cell phone number for any questions I might have later. What was most impressive to me was that I made all the decisions on what I wanted done  and was able to talk to him about thoses decisions with complete satisfaction and no pressure. I was even told that at any time I could change or add a treatment when I wanted to.  Decisions made, appointments set up and kept on time, work very professional and a call from the office for next appointment and to make sure everything went well. Could not ask for better service that works."

I looked up pest control on Angie's list and found Zap had good reviews, and I liked the fact that I could hire them for a one time fee, instead of entering into a contract. I called them and they came out the next day and took care of it. Now when I water my grass in the back yard, I noticed the spiders are all gone. Just what I wanted! <br />"
