Tyler promptly came out to assess the damage and even though they have lots of work scheduled, Tyler and his crew were willing to fit my repair job in on a day after completing a larger job. I'm sure the crew was tired and hot that late afternoon but, everyone was friendly and polite. They worked hard and did a beautiful repair that blended in perfectly. "Got my fence move closer to the front of my yard and got a new gate. Gate post was sturdy and look better than what I had. . However, I didn?t like that there were big gaps. The bottom of the gate had a big gap and the side of the gate to the house have a big gap.the gap at the bottom of the gate was too wide. I know a cat couldn?t go under it but it was too wide so I asked the tech to close it a little. He didn?t like that I asked him to close the gap but I want to feel comfortable with the look of my gate. He reminded me that closing the bottom gap could void the warranty if stones get under it. A strip of wood on the gate post, to close the gap would have been nice especially that it wouldn?t interfere with the structure or warranty but would just give me a little more privacy."
