"Overall, I was very satisfied with Premier Surfaces. Lindsey was my project manager / sales associate. She met my wife and I on a Saturday morning as a special appointment (they do not have regular hours on Saturday, appointment only). I had gotten another quote from a different Granite installer that was slightly higher and they only allow you to see their slabs during the week, which is an inconvenience for me. Lindsey was very nice to us, and she answered all our questions. I felt like she went above and beyond for our whole buying experience. We picked a slab, setup a measurement appointment (really early in the morning during the week, like 7 am or earlier). The measurement appointment was on time and took a reasonable amount of time (maybe 30 minutes). My only disappointment with Premier surfaces is they sold me on their SlabSmith program which supposedly allows you to see how your countertops will look upon installation. I took this to mean it would take a photo of my kitchen, and show me exactly what it would look like in a 3d image. The reality is that it shows you a plan view (from above) of what your countertops will look like, and we chose a black granite which had minimal color variation, so it looked like a few black boxes. Lindsey sent me another version of it that had a grainier granite and it still wasn't what I expected (3d), but I could see how it could be helpful for some folks. I just didn't think it was that big of a deal. For the installation, it was relatively easy to schedule, they were supposed to be at our house at 3:15 and they were about 1 hour late, the 4 hour installation time took about 3.5 hours, and ultimately it resulted in a beautiful end product. So I think there's some room for improvement, but I still would use them again without hesitation. See photos below for before and after (also had floors done) and the photos of the Slabsmith."

"We hired Mr. Bidwell to paint the interior and exterior of our condo. He gave us a fair price and did exactly what he said he would do in completing the job. As a matter of fact he did much more. He and his crew were very neat and did an excellent job. The condo now looks brand new. "When my son was in town, he found vent pipes on my roof that were rotting. I called Randy because he had previously painted my chimney. He sent a painter out and ended up finding even more areas that were rotting. They went to the hardware store, bought the fittings and installed them. They even nailed down some shingles on my roof that were coming up, which they didn't have to do. I very much appreciate the fact that this company went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Randy said if I had any other problems, to call him and he would help give me recommendations."

"Chris came and measured the driveway and provided us with an estimate. After securing several bids, we chose Innovative Contractors, LLC. On the designated date, Chris and his crew arrived. After laying out the equipment, the demolition began. Well into the process, it was apparent we had an unusual driveway that was the exception to the rule. Instead of the usual 4 inches. the driveway depth ranged from 8 inches to 2 feet. It was a mess under there. They removed the demolition material, graded the under surface, covered the under-surface with a geothermal concrete blanket, made sure the new driveway will have the proper slant correcting a major problem the old driveway had. They filled the driveway with gravel. Here their progress was hindered by major rain occurring over several days. Finally, they got a break and were able to pour. Our neighbors all commented on how hard Chris' crew worked and that the driveway truly was a work of art. At least one of them is obtaining a quote from Chris. <br /> Chris and his crew were very professional, courteous and congenial. They always answered our questions and even anticipated questions at times. <br /> <br /> <strong>Unfortunately Innovative Contractors do not provide follow-up when a problem arises. Chris has been promising me for 2 years to come back an do a patch and answer some questions as to why the concrete has been cracking and hole appearing. and keeps saying he will come but must attend to another job.</strong>"
