They rebuilt a beautiful second story wooden deck at my historic residence and it is very solid and looks wonderful. I included a couple of pictures although we are still needing a base rail which will be installed soon. Other projects included installing a window ac unit, checking and replacing smoke alarms, moving and removing heavy pieces of furniture and other items. I never had to worry that something was not being done correctly and they are responsive to any changes or additions you have. We are waiting on a set of French doors to be delivered, then they will install those. I highly recommend Smalltown Property Revival for your home handyman needs. Am updating as the French doors came in and were installed so well. They look amazing. Eric and Smalltown also added lattice to the deck railing that gives an elegant touch as well as enhanced privacy. Had a couple of pictures taken of a few soffit panels I needed repaired, he identified more and repaired those as well in heights that I’m far too scared-o-heights to get to myself. Landon and assistant were onsite and wrapping up in the noted timeframe, kept in contact before and during service. Will most likely be using Lando Werx for exterior repairs in the near future if he is available. 5/5 only because 6/5 + isn’t available on this platform."
