"Please find a copy of the letter we sent to The Pool Shop, Plainfield, IN, upon completion of project, which took place in the fall of 2015 in the Fishers area.
We wanted to take time to write this letter to let you know how pleased we are with The Pool Shop and your customer-focused employees who helped make our recent pool installation a rewarding experience.
Chris Ray led the project team for our pool installation.  We understand this was one of his first assignments as ?the lead.?
Chris was absolutely fantastic!   He was very communicative, responsive and he took the time to help us understand every step along the process.  We could see that he felt ownership to ensuring we were pleased with our decision to hire The Pool Shop ? always considering our needs first and helping us make the right decisions from design to finish.  He helped us consider all
options and followed through with even the smallest details.
We also have to give high marks to your sub-contractor, Justin Grounds of Grounds Quality Lawn Care.
His vision and openness to listen to us ? even as things changed in the middle of the installation?was exceptional.
He created a backyard attraction that enhanced the pool and the landscaping, making our new recreational area a jaw dropping attraction.
Finally, we must complement The Pool Shop and Grounds for hiring great support crews.  Both teams worked very quickly and their attention to details were outstanding.  In addition, they were also very friendly and considerate.  The professionalism they
displayed represented both companies extremely well ? adding to even more satisfaction we experienced during the installation.

Spring is just around the corner.  We look forward to attending Pool School and enjoying our new backyard experience next season.
Thank you again for a great experience!  We?ll be sure to post the highest ratings on Angie?s List.

"We had a great experience with this company. They did a great job on our retaining wall installation. Very good communication throughout the process and the price was very reasonable for the amount of work that was done. I highly recommend Fine Touch Services."

"I've been working with Brian Jones and Scenic Green for years now. They do a fantastic job maintaining the grounds of the James Whitcomb Riley Museum Home, and we get numerous compliments on our lawn and gardens from visitors. His team is always on time with our regular maintenance and lawn mowing. Also, for special projects or emergencies, I've found Brian and Scenic Green respond quickly and communicate clearly to take care of any unforeseen landscaping issues that often arise throughout the year. I highly recommend their services."

"Copper Canyon did a great job installing the drainage pipe from an area of our back yard that was constantly soggy, to the lake about 150 ft away. They completed the work in a day, left the area neat, and solved our drainage problem. I would not hesitate to use them again for landscaping services."

"Richard was great to work with! He called me on a Sunday afternoon and the work was done by Wednesday evening. He was helping me improve the existing landscaping I had done. My yard looks amazing now! Couldn’t be happier!"

"John did an excellent job on the turf installation by our pool. He was not only knowledgeable but also extremely easy to work with. He guided us through the whole project and answered any questions we had along the way. Highly recommend using him and his company."

"Did great, reached out and got the job completed. Kept his word. I m hiring him for more projects."

"Kevin did an awesome job getting my property looking better than it has in years! Thank you so much!"

"We had a small landscaping project that was a bit more than my husband and I could do. We now have an attractive corner landscape near our front porch with a dwarf Japanese maple, hostas, and window box with bachelor buttons seeded. Also, coleus planted in front of the porch. Great work."
