"They certainly exceeded my expectations. After they power washed the buildings, they meticulously covered all the windows, and taped/covered any vent or object protruding from the buildings. They even removed all the downspouts. While replacing some wood was part of the job, they identified, and replaced wood that I didn't know was bad. When they were done the only things left were a sparkling house and barn; no other indication that they were there. They should be the first company that you call."

"Excellent service. They did a great repair job on my roof. No longer leaks!"

"David and his team knocked out a checklist of items that we needed fixed from the inspection of our home. Items included wood rot repair and minor plumbing and electrical work. His estimate was lower than the estimate I got from another company, and I was very pleased with the timeliness and quality of the work. Would definitely recommend and hire them again!"

"Preferred Roofing did an EXCELLENT job!! Owner, Dave Zier, is a very professional, straight forward and HONEST contractor. He is one of the best we've dealt with over the years. The crew arrived as scheduled, covered up all landscaping and areas around our home, and everything was cleaned up after job completed. Very professional! We were amazed at their work, they tore off the layer of shingles and ALL the decking as well, our new roof was installed in ONE day, simply amazing! Our gutters were also replaced with the same professional manner as our roof, they look fantastic! Thanks to Preferred Roofing our home looks BEAUTIFUL. Highly Recommend Preferred Roofing for your next home improvement or new build."

"Eads gave us a solution that another company could not. Our roof didn't need replacing, which is what the other company wanted to do, but it did need the water leak repaired and I wanted to improve ventilation in another area of the roof. The initial response was very good and Chase rearranged his schedule to meet with me right away and discuss my problems. The work was high quality, in my opinion, and I'm confident we made the right choice going with Eads Roofing. There were some delays in communication on occasion but the work was done in a reasonable amount of time and everyone was great to work with."

"The project went well. Completed on-time. John and Kelly were total professionals along with the install teams. Very pleased with the work and would certainly recommend to someone looking for a new roof and/or gutters. Thank you Roof-It-Forward, John and Kelly!"

"I have 11 years experience, in my youth, installing shingles and needed my roof replaced. All-American Restoration Inc is by far the best company I have ever witnessed install shingles. From the initial contact to the end of the cleanup, this company exceeded all roofers that I have seen or worked with. I would recommend All American Restoration Inc to anyone that needs a roof replaced."

"Proshield Roofing was spectacular in every way! They truly transformed my house when I had them put on a new roof and siding. They got everything done promptly and left everything looking great!"

"Inspection was very thorough and replaced two pipe sleeves. Jeff provided excellent information after the inspection and explained in great detail the condition of my current roof."

"Excellent work!  Orig. price quoted  was 4,150.00.  However, during tear off of old roof they had shown my husband five layers of roofing shingles (which was causing our roof to sag).   We initially thought there were only 3 layers. When initially called, they explained they were super busy and it would be about a month.  After a month, called them back to see how much longer and they were out within that week or next.  Came out at around 7am and were completely finished by 8pm that evening.   Including clean up.   Its been two years since work was done and roof is still great!  We will definitely have them do more work!  Sorry this post is almost 2 years later, however on the up side at least I can say the quality of workmanship is still like new!"
