When his crew arrived to preform the work, (Philip and Tim), they were very professional throughout the entire job. The prep work, pressure washing, scrapping and caulking was incredible. Each afternoon when they were finish for the day, they cleaned up the work area and stored their equipment under a tarp to the side of the house. The actual paint job was outstanding. When the job was complete they were meticulous about reattaching the outside hardware and leaving the yard the way it was when they started. We are planning on having the interior painted and will definitely call Ganey Painting."

"Understandably, because of the condition and age of the house, this was a long process--August through the end of October. We trusted Mr. Gillam so much that we were not on site during the renovation, but he was always accessible and responsive on the phone. This was basically a Lowes and Home Depot project. We made decisions on items at our local stores in Colorado, and Mr. Gillam would then buy them in Arizona. When it was time to select finishing touches, we showed up. Everything we had selected via phone, etc.was in the house and in the process of being installed. This project was a leap of faith on a lot of levels--old house, not being on site, not having worked with the contractor before, but it was a great success. About a month after we moved in, Mr. Gillam returned and fixed a small number of things from his projects as well as repairing some things that had surfaced as issues not related to the renovation. We absolutely recommend Mr. Gillam and Gillam Enterprises. Integrity. Quality work. Great commitment. Great person."

"The painter was here at the appointed time, very skillfully removed a portion of the side door framing which was damaged and installed a new lintel. He sanded the rest of the door frame and painted it. Ditto for the frame around the garage door which he also sanded, patched and painted. <br /> <br /> At the end you thought this was a brand new house, just looking at the doors. <br /> BTW, even in this economy, our house sold 2 weeks after putting it on the market for pretty much the asking price. None of the neighbors could believe it."
