Once the approval came in and the weather permitted, the roof was replaced (had the gutters done also) very professionally and very quickly! The job was completed as advertised and as expected. "FIVE STARS FROM BEGINNING TO END!! I needed to have the shingles replaced on the rear portion of my roof. I scheduled 5 different roofers to come out to give me estimates. Jason was not only almost $2,000 cheaper than the others, he also pointed out some things that needed immediate attention on the front portion of my roof that nobody else had mentioned. He contacted me the week before letting me know that we were still on for the originally scheduled date and what to expect as it got closer. On the day of the install, Jason remained onsite while his large crew completed the job. When all was done I had a BEAUTIFUL new roof and my property was spotless!! You would have never believed that they were ever here!! I HIGHLY recommend Evans Quality Roofing and when it comes time to replace the front portion of my roof, I only need to make one call! "Mr. Marshall is a dependable straight shooter. He replaced some shingles over the years and told us the roof would last a few more years without replacement. (He did not try to push a full replacement before we really needed it.) After the last major windstorm, it was time for a full replacement. Again, Signature roofing's price was excellent, materials top notch, workmanship was great, and cleanup was complete. Mr. Marshall was personally on-site overseeing his crew, some of whom have been with him for over 20 years."

"This company is horrible, do not use these people for your roofing needs. Workmanship was awful, had to call them back to my home 5 times to fix their poor installation work. STAY AWAY! UPDATE: I was contacted by the service provider asking that I update my review. They did come back and corrected the issues. I updated my review from a "D" to a "C" because I still feel like people need to be made aware of the frustrating experience I had. My general feeling is that I cannot give this company and "A" rating. Nothing personal, but I had holes in my roof for two months with water coming in and I still have a bad taste in my mouth."

"I had a bad leaking after recent rain. The ceiling dropped and the water was everywhere. There were rain for several days in the forecast. I called my roofer friend and left several messages. Searching for top roofer in the Angie's list, I either got text said total roof replacement only, or the soonest appointment would be 2 weeks after. This guy Steve from Roofer 911 replied me within 30 minutes and came the next day at 10:30. He went over the problem area with his detector and let you know which part of ceiling were wet and possible source of the leaking. He did his estimate at my drive way and sent the paperwork through email. After I signed the contract, the workers showed up at 13:00 the same day and finished the work at 16:30. They documented what and how they did the fixing by taking pictures. The whole experience was so smooth and eased my anxiety. I will call Steve for any future roof jobs and will recommend Steve to my friends. I wish he had other talents like plumbing and repair air conditioning."

He walked me through the failures in my current roof, and even did a quick repair to stop the leak that was the reason for my initial call. They had the old roof off and the new roof on within a day, and the new gutters went up the next day. Looks great!!"
