"It went well! They (2 men) arrived on time! They inspected the area and then began to remove the tiles and the layers beneath the tile. They found where the valley metal had been cracked (probably when the has was built 16 years ago). They took photos of everything so that we could see the damaged area! They removed and replaced rotten wood. Finished the job. Took more photos for us. Cleaned up everything, the roof, the lanai, the yard area. They were great! This is a great company! I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again! <br />"

"Daylight Concepts (DC) installed five (5) Solatubes in our refurbished home in 2014. In a bathroom, the installer scarred a decorative wood ceiling and damaged the tube such that no one - several have tried - can remove the lens for cleaning. Dispatcher Beth has failed, on several occasions, to keep a date and time to have a technician effect a repair for which we're fully prepared to pay. Unfortunately, DC's is the lone Solatube contractor in our region. The next closest is almost four hours away. We advise those seeking light pipes in homes in our region to source alternate manufacturers."
