"Owner/operator Richard Dunn came to my home to make a bid on my project. He arrived on time, was personable, and knowledgeable. We agreed on a specific brand and model door along with the price. He gave us a signed contract and we made an initial payment of about 33%.

Another man came out and measured within a few days.

Our new door was delivered a few weeks later. The installers took the greater part of a day to remove the old door and frame and install the new ones. They did a neat and professional job. We then paid our second installment.

About a week later, their painter spent about five hours caulking and painting the door and frame inside and out with the colors we had selected. We then paid the final installment.

Mr. Build?s staff communicated well throughout the project. Everyone arrived on time and acted professionally. Although their price might have been a little higher than others, we felt that the quality of their work and their dependability was worth the extra expense."

"Great experience from the start. Megan was the sales representative and she worked for us to get the the best deal while answering our questions in-depth. The process of permitting, advising us the windows and doors were built to setting the install date. Exactly what they said would happen, perfect. Both door and window installer teams were great; efficient and clean. Follow up by Jeff Roman was icing on the cake. He fixed a few small items and assured we were happy. Impact doors and windows are expensive but GulfSide makes it a professional partnership. What a wonderful difference it has made to our home."

"FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."
