"We tried to get someone from C&G out to look at our garage door (that was originally installed by C&G) that has some failing hinges to get an estimate for repair. We were told that a tech would be out on Friday (this was a Tuesday). Friday came and went and no one called or came to our home. Called again on Friday afternoon and was told that "we weren't on the list" and that we would be put on the list for a tech visit on Monday. Monday came and went and no tech showed up and we didn't get a call. Don't do business with C&G, not that you'll get a chance to anyway since they don't show up when they say they will."
