"Hire this Contractor!! Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Mike and crew were superb workers, tidy, punctual, and tenacious when it came to getting a difficult job completed. We are extremely pleased with the work. They replaced the main house roof shingles, repaired a carport that had some rotten rafters, sheathing, and facia, put on a really nice TPO sheathing designed for a low-pitched roof. All wood was wrapped, and gutters installed. The detailed processes for all work was phenomenal. Mike oversaw all details, as well as doing much of it himself. Mike's crew did excellent work even when Mike wasn't present, and they were extremely courteous and respectful, and took a lot of pride in their work. The place was left clean each day, all debris carried away, nails picked up, walkways, deck, driveway swept and blown off. It was such a pleasure to have a Contractor do precisely what they say they can, and even do it better than you expect."

"I had a leak in the ceiling of my daughters bedroom. I called other companies but nobody could come out for at least a week. I called Guardian Roofing and Chris was able to come out the next day to check it out and give me an estimate. He found the flashing was not large enough and had caused the leak to form so we had the flashing replaced, shingles replaced and a water/ice shield installed over the sheathing for further protection. Chris and Derek came out on Sunday morning to fix the leak and I have not had a problem since. They were both extremely professional and very nice to work with. This was very quickly done and it was during the time when we had rain every day for a week so I was very happy they could come out and safely get this job completed. "In 2006 we remodeled our home, without replacing our roof. It was not a good experience by any means. So when we decided last year to get a new roof my wife and I were determined that we would do our due diligence to ensure our searching would lead us to a reliable construction team. We searched local FB pages and websites for several months. Several companies we contacted did not even show up to provide a quote! When we found Matrix Construction, and Nelson Pena, we were immediately pleased with his knowledge and eagerness to take on our project. The pandemic and some other unavoidable situations caused delays until this past April 2021. Nelson and his team were hard-working, knowledgeable, and prompt. Even when a change in the design (we decided to get a ridge vent), caused several weeks delay due to back orders, Nelson stayed in contact with us during the delay, and let us know as soon as he had the product to restart. During the work Nelson found a number of spots where wood had rotted and needed to be replaced. Several spots were from the 2006 remodel, showing that the work done then by another company was subpar. We are thrilled with the finished product, as well as the final bill. We have gotten many compliments from friends and family. We heartedly recommend Nelson, and Matric Construction."
