"Dakota was fast, responsive and did an amazing job. He thoroughly cleaned our windows inside and out plus the window sills on all sides. We had a mold issue in our home and he decontaminated the mold around the sills and the inside seams of the windows and cleaned it beautifully. He also cleaned our gutters and down spouts which had been compacted with leaf debris. He took photos of the work before and after and communicated clearly with us throughout the job. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."
