"Joe is a project manager for Home Genius Exteriors. He's supervised the installation of my replacement roof. When the foreman informed Joe that some necessary supplies were not part of the shipment delivered, Joe immediately left to get those items from the vendor. Once the job was completed Joe return for a final inspection and even went around with a magnet to make sure all nails were picked up. Joe answered all my questions and was congenial and represented himself well as a professional. I highly recommend Joe to any client or employer."

His team arrives on time and works very hard to get the job done in a timely manner. Roof replacement can be very messy but his team cleans up the place really well. "Overall, the roof and gutters look great and were installed well. They completed the roof in a day and then came back on another day to complete the gutters. McKeown was very responsive in all of our correspondences and answered all of our questions and concerns. However, the cleanup of our property was not done well. I had to walk around our house a few times to gather and throw away tons of debri on our grass and shrubbery. I found nails, shingles, staples, plastic, and paper (some small and large pieces). The crew had to rush to clean up after completion of the roof and likely ran out of light (October). Another issue was some of the Hispanic crew were ogling me when I had to go outside and it made me feel uncomfortable. McKeown was a good guy, but I think he needs to encourage his workers to be more meticulous and professional."
