"We had an excellent experience with ZMartin when we needed our plaster walls and ceilings to be repaired after a disastrous leak. I've had experiences with several different plasterers at this point because our house always seems to need work and we often need to go with whoever is immediately available, and I think ZMartin was the best experience in terms of quality of work and professionalism. The work was done right the first time around, they cleaned up after themselves, and they came immediately to do touch-ups when a small bubble formed a few weeks after the plaster dried (which happens sometimes). The only downside is that I've found their prices are on the higher side, but at the same time you get what you pay for. Others have done somewhat sloppy work, failed to clean up, and were often nonresponsive when touch-ups or fixes needed to be done. Just this past month, I've gotten in a bind when another plaster guy put our outlet in the wrong spot, which is creating problems for the carpentry work, and now they're not responding to my frantic message about fixing it. I was really pleased with the excellence of ZMartin's work and their responsiveness regarding any problems or expressed preferences. Brian also recommended to me a terrific painter to boot!"
