No one went into the attic to check the duct and we later found out the duct was not connected to the roof vent. The flooring was done too rushed and we have had to replace some boards. The stairs were a nightmare, spindles were cut crooked, nails sticking out, treads and risers cut on angles. We asked them to just stop work and leave, unfortunately we had paid them $5,000. They rushed thru the job because we were told they had a bigger job where they would make more money. We were told the stairs were so badly damaged they could not be salvaged. So far it has cost us $13,000 more to take out the old stairs, fix the flooring and the bath fan."

"Called Weds morning and David and Kori were there by noon. They hydro jetted the corrugated drainage pipe from the source to the end and then backwards again to remove the obstruction. Free flow of water was quickly restored. They also jetted a second line from the drain site backwards and the return of that one was clear water as well. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Promptness of service, very professional work ethic with great success, and very reasonable cost. Better yet they let this old Do it yourselfer watch and answered all my questions about what was going on. Anyone who needs sewer or other drain lines cleaned or worked on should call Econo Sewer and Drain."
