"NGB Carpentry did a great job replacing the vertical blinds on my slider and fixing the sliding doors to my bedroom closet. The young carpenter was pleasant and efficient. He completed the work in one trip, and the cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company."

"I used Roger for multiple projects on my house.: He fixed a leak in my roof Sealed up my stone foundation. Replaced structual damage to a main beam and repaired the related door and celling damage. Then fixed the jam in the door. Repaired the source of the damage. By repeating a second floor door. And installed a storm door to prevent further water erosion. All of the work was competed in a professional, thoughtful manner. With attention paid to preparing the sites and cleaning up every day. Iâ ve dealt with numerous contractors. Roger is by far my best experience. I highly recommend him. Tim"

"He was prompt and did what he said he would. Plaque on order for him to install."

"Michael guided us through kitchen and bathroom remodeling with expert advice and consistently wise decisions that saved us a lot of money. He did excellent work and was extremely attentive to us, always willing to meet with us and to oversee deliveries of appliances and materials when we were not available. He is a most compassionate person who truly cares about his clients. We were most fortunate to have found Michael, an excellent contractor and a good man whom we got to know very well and now consider a friend. One cannot do better than that with a contractor."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"We hired Kitchen Options based on the recommendation of friends who had used them to reface their cabinets. We were extremely pleased with their attention to detail, the friendliness of the installers, their keeping us in the loop at all times, and the cleanup at the end. We would recommend them highly for their price and professionalism."

"Yes the work was done. The two guys that came put in 7 windows and two big bay windows in one day. They did not even taken a break. They cleaned up the small pieces of scrap. Then one week later they came back and put in two new doors with the same professionalism when they did my doors."

"Made an appt. with Castle Rep, James, for 17 windows and vinyl siding. He spent 1 hour talking about how great his company and windows are before finally getting down to the issue. We were told that CASTLE makes and services their own window, with all the best technology and technicians available. The price per window for energy efficient came out to over $1,200 per double-hung window! And since they make their own products, we could not find a way to compare quality and price with other manufacturers. But his per-window price exceeds the average price of $500-700 by A LOT! When we balked, he made a call to his "manager" to see if we qualified for a "special promotional" discount. If we were to commit right there on the spot, we would get an additional 10% off! Still way to high. We said we would think about it (he got sad and snippy), and that we wanted to hear about the vinyl siding quote before we made any decisions. He told us he could not give us a siding quote until his company did an "eagle view" measurement, which would require another appointment! We had no intention of sitting through ANOTHER high-pressure appointment. High pressure, long-drawn out presentation and he would not leave us with anything in writing! No brochures, prices, nothing! He refused to put anything in writing and we could not have a break down of labor and costs. I even asked him if I could have a copyhh of the window warranty and he said "only if you purchase right now." And they did not come prepared with references or previous job locations! When we further researched the company, we found they did make very excellent products, but the #1 complaint was by far that they did not honor their lifetime warranty and that customer service was horrible. In the end, we chose not to do business.."
