I hired Nu Air Pro to clean out the HVAC vents (below grade) in my elderly mother’s ranch home, and they went above and beyond what was expected. They were able to schedule us in only one week out. They arrived on time as promised and cleaned the vents thoroughly. At my mom’s request, they even set rodent traps near the vents they cleaned, allaying her concerns. A couple of the vents were compromised (had holes), and they patched up those areas. The job was done at the appointed time, done quickly, done safely and in the best standards of the trade. "Called the owner and told her what I needed. She said everything could be done that I asked for. The cleaner was late. I started going over the rooms to be done. We came to the trophy room. And she said that she won?t clean dead animals on the wall. I told the owner that I wanted this done and she said no problem. The cleaner asked to borrow a vacuum cleaner, cleaning gloves and a mop. Really! She said she was new doing this. She did bring a stick vacuum and used it for the basement stairs. I walked by and it smelled like wet dog. She said that she purchased it from a lady that had dogs. She didn?t finish dusting in several rooms. I just couldn?t believe it. Then to top everything thing else She didn?t mop right She left the floor very wet in places. Causing significant damage to the floors. Over $8,000. The cleaner was insured and I did get the money. Now., that this happened around the holidays I couldn?t find any one to do the work. I was so angry!!! Comment for more info"
