"Outstanding service and quick response! I was notified by a neighbor that there was a water leak originating from my yard and water was running all the way down the street of our community. I found out it was caused by a break in my sprinkler system so I immediately called Cesar Lozoya from Eagle Lawn Service, who has been maintaining my yard for a couple of years now and posed to him the problem I had. Cesar and a crew of 2 came to my residence within 30 minutes of contacting him, identified the location of the water line break, dug up the area, fixed the break in the line, checked the entire sprinkler system, checked and reset the the sprinkler timer, replaced sprinkler heads that were in disrepair, filled back up the dug up area and cleaned it up to look like there was never a water break in the area, all done within 45 minutes of arrival. For such outstanding response and service, I was charged a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company for your lawn services that they provide and for the always friendly and informative encounters that Iâ ve had with Cesar."

Jim comes out to look at what needs to be done and give us a bid and explains everything they are going to do upfront. He is truly a professional and an arborist and knows how to make our trees not only look their best but be healthier because of the job he does. We have 22 trees in our backyard. When he has trimmed our 20 year-old sumac trees It is amazing all the excess he removes to clean up and shape them but, you wouldn't know they had just been pruned because they don't have that stripped poodle shaved chopped look. They look like they are supposed to look. I am thankful that we have found him because I look at neighbors trees after they've had another company and just shake my head. "I've personally maintained our palm trees for over 5 years now. Our residence is very unique, and backs up against an apartment complex. Part of the monthly trimming is to remove the lower dead branches, thin out the fronds between the two trees, but also maintain the privacy so the neighbors can't look right down into our yard. As the palm trees have grown taller, I have needed to use a ladder because my pole saw is only so long. Because I had just finished a medical procedure, I didn't want to get on the ladder (I'm 53), and requested a tree service to thin out the fronds and maintain the privacy. While I was at work, the tree service company arrived at the residence, and performed the work (side gate was left unlocked for their access). When I returned home I was absolutely mortified, stunned, and shocked. The below picture (before and after) clearly showcases the damage, and completely erasure of all privacy that I have worked so diligently to maintain for over 5 years. As you can see from the left side photo, the tree company sheared off every single frond for a 6 foot swath. I called and discussed with the company the issue at the length. They offered to discount the work by $50. I told the company to send me the full bill because this was not a money issue. The company explained it was a communication issue, and that they don't even "trim" palm trees like I had wanted, and would have had no idea of how to even bill that. This is a prime example of a big box company not listening to the little guy. It's pretty obvious from the photo what was going on for over 5 years. If I had wanted the palm trees sheared all the way to the top I could have done that myself for the past 5 years. This is absolutely ridiculous. I would have left 0 stars if it would have let me. I understand the company has many good reviews, that is not the issue. When I company is the doing this volume of work they are operating on auto pilot and not paying attention to the little details. I obviously can't get my privacy back, and during the phone calls with the company, they kept insisted the shade will come back. Again, not listening to the little guy. Well no duh the top shade will come back, that WAS NOT why I was having the trees trimmed. OMG. Never again will I call this company....ever...."
