"The Vitex team headed up by Jason Levin was in a word outstanding.  It was a collaborative effort with the builder and their knowledge of state of the art equipment and software was exceptional.  In a project the size of mine there are the inevitable hiccups however Vitex's ability to understand the issue, send the appropriate technician and modify or correct the issue exceeded my expectations.  Another important note, they were more than happy to work with customer supplied equipment as well as equipment they supplied. From my perspective, Vitex is the only vendor for high end state of the art installations."

"went well,  on time,the tree started to lean a little after a couple of very windy days they came back out and staked the tree. it is growing lovely and the stakes have been removed( one year later) getting ready for a tree in the back yard by the middle of October. <br />"

"Jimmy had several crews who did most of this project. If Jimmy supervised it, then it was more likely to be done well. However, many of these projects were completed by his subcontractors. He did not do a good job of supervising them. Specifically, we have paid $1000 to hire another contractor to repair the siding which was not installed correctly. Jimmy did send the siding contractor out to repair the defective work initially but even that repair was not done correctly.  The concrete drive was not installed correctly and we have had a few problems with the concrete reinforcement migrating above the concrete surface which was a problem for tires and bare feet.  The plumbing contractor installed the pex plumbing with automotive clamps instead of the required plumbing clamps. <br /> My daughter and son-in-law hired him to repair their leaky basement.  The basement still leaks. <br /> Personally, Jimmy is a great guy.  I think if he actually did all the work, then good outcomes could be expected.  But his crews are very poor representatives of his business.  Unfortunately the project suffers because of these sub contractors. <br />"

"Once I start on projects like this I do a lot of research and ask a lot of questions.  They were quite patient with me as I did this.  They had to coordinate their installation with a major landscaping project being done about the same time by another company and that was adequately done.  I felt that I maybe had to initiate some things with questions a bit more than some might do, but that could have been caused by my taking the initiative to do that rather than a lack of communication on their part.  I expect a lot of communication from contractors so I know what is to happen when.  We are satisfied with what was done and they have since come back and winterized the system.  That also went well. <br />"

"I called Dustin at Classic Cut Landscaping because of the reviews already on Angie's list. He returned my call within an hour and met with me that same afternoon to see our yard and discuss what we wanted. We needed a major clean up job in the front and back yards (see services performed above). Dustin had great ideas for changes that would make the yard easier to maintain and more attractive. He was very knowledgable. After I agreed to the estimate, Dustin had a crew at my house the very next morning and he worked with them throughout the day. By the end of the day, the whole project was done and the yards looked great! After making sure I was happy with the work, Dustin gave me a bill for the exact amount of the estimate (he didn't charge me anything up front). I couldn't have asked for better service. If there were an A+ option, I would have given it to them. I will definitely call them again when the need arises and would highly recommend them to anyone. <br />"
