"they suck got charge over 400 and and have 4inches of standing water now. Never had a problem with standing water before. Guy came out and just kept saying I have alow spot. Funny I never had issues with the "low spot" until after they did this work."

"After finally receiving a call back a few days after I left my initial message, the owner followed up and came over for the initial consult. While she may know plants, her disposition is somewhat off putting and not very professional. I had explained that we were looking to enhance our existing landscaping and noted that our budget is $3,000. I was immediately told that it would cost the owner about $1,600 to just get her crew out to my property (not sure why a potential customer needs to be advised of that, especially during the first 5 minutes of the meeting). That was prior to us discussing the types of plants that would potentially be installed. She proceeded to rip apart the existing landscaping and appeared rushed throughout the appointment, which lasted about 15 minutes. This is a single such experience from 4 different designers that we actually received quotes from. My appointment was over a week ago, and I am yet to hear from the company. I imagine based on my initial experience that our $3,000 budget was not significant enough and the owner's overall disposition did not leave me with and impression that our hard-earned money and somewhat of a decent budget was worth her time. Fortunately, we found a landscape design company through Angie's List that provided us with a completely opposite experience and we are very happy with!"
