"We are very happy with how this job went and the quality of the work. From bid to invoice, Sean was prompt and professional in all communications. The repair required that a section of shingles be removed so matching the new shingles to the existing shingles on the 8-year-old roof was a concern. The match is so close that it is nearly impossible to tell the new from the existing shingles. The shingle match, alignment of the new gable rafter with the existing gable rafter at the top, and paint job on the new wood gave us the quality results we were hoping for. We would definitely use this company again."

"Felipe came out within 2 days of my request for a quote. He was on time and was professional with his approach. He asked me if I had received a quote in the past - I had, 2 years prior. I told him that the square footage was 1700 qs. ft.. He gave me a quote for Certainteed Mountain Ridge tile and left me with adequate material to help me make a choice, if I wanted an alternative. I liked his direct and professional approach. He did not however climb and inspect my roof before giving me a quote. I realize that would have been a lot more work but that also meant that he missed that I had 4 skylights that would need to be replaced. That was not a part of his quote. This is the reason I did not give him an A in my overall rating. I ended up going with another contractor for the job. I however wanted to leave a review for Felipe and All Roofing Eagle Construction because I was left with a favorable impression of him and his company. I appreciated the timely quote and the professional handling."

"My experience with Aylwin Construction was 5 stars. They did the job in just three days and added copper-beaded shingles for moss control for only $100 more. Alywin's Crews were on time and cleaned up as they went, provided protection for our plantings, and did a complete sweep for nails and other debris when finished. "Ricardo Gallegos responded quickly to my request to bid on a low slope PVC membrane roof repair. His bid was reasonable and clear, better than several other companies. The Job: My roof was installed incorrectly around the chimney by the original installer which caused the decking underneath to rot out. Ricardo repaired the roof in September 2025 and I am writing this review in December 2025 after several very rainy days and am happy to say the job is holding up very well! It was a very pleasant experience working with Ricardo and United Construction, I highly recommend them!"

Given the importance of the findings, I hired this company to install new flashing and repair weak spots in my asphalt shingle roof and they did an excellent job."

"in the beginning the information and plan to repair the roof was honest and not just a patch job which I appreciated even though it was the more expensive option. During the project communication was poor. I didn't know when they were coming and the workers never texted or checked in with me to update me. I would text them and not hear back. There was an issue reinstalling the gutter guards and again no communication with the plan or when they were going to finish the job. I just got the invoice. Work appears to be done. The actual workers were clean and did the job. I just want more communication about the project then I got."
