They did a lot of prep work with the new condo building -- getting insurance certificates and needed paper work and information to the management company as needed prior to the move. When moving - they worked very hard and were attentive to our requests! They arrived on time and were in contact as they were in route. While loading their truck they didn't waste time and keep it all going and moved us safely and in a timely manner. We had lots to move from a second floor condo (yes there were steps) and then a storage unit and they did it all. We moved to a new larger condo - on a sixth floor - thank goodness for the service elevator there. Part of moving is being ready for your movers - and as ready and organized as we were things still needed attention -- and they were on top of it! Kudos to a great group of movers -- a GREAT company!
