We have sub-contractors that we use for things out side our expertise. We have done this kind of work for 30 years altho we have only been in business since May / 2008. We give free estimates. We do remodeling or new construction also residential or light commercial. Indiana does not require a license for general contracting but we do have a state business license, a city permit for cities requiring such, and liability insurance.
