"They were good, just a little slow, they did not do the entire house. Our house is extremely small, probably smaller than most apartments. They did the first floor and when it came time to do the basement they said they were out of time. But when they first came in, they were saying the job was going to be easy because the job was so small, so I kind of felt that they were intentionally not doing everything, because if they don't finish you have to pay them per hour. I just told them it was fine and to leave it as is, for what they did, it's clean. I felt like that they were trying to get a little more out of us then what was initially paid for. I had asked them not to come in with shoes and they brought flip-flops, so they were respectful in the regard.  They did pretty good, they were just slow; I can't fault them for wanting some extra pennies, I just wasn't willing to shell out any extra cash. My regular cleaning service that would normally come, they charge me $100 and they clean the whole house. In the same amount of time that these people only cleaned three rooms. They responded to me immediately and they listened to me. They were on time and professional. I would consider using them again, but only if they could match the price that I normally pay."

"This team is punctual, professional, and VERY thorough. There is none of this light dusting surface kind of cleaning that I could do easily myself. There are always 2 people sent to do the cleaning. They actually MOVE stuff to clean. Really who does that anymore? They first vacuum my hardwood floors and then wet mop them and dry them. They get in the shower stall and clean walls and floors. My house sparkles when they are done. I never want to cook the day they clean because my kitchen is so spotless. lol. However, beyond the cleaning they are very trustworthy and I have never had an issue with this team. Hardworking, nice gals who come in do their job and leave whether I am there or not.
