Jim who is the owner met with me to discuss a price quote, one thing I can attest to is that Jim did not talk negative about any other local roofing company when I told him I was going to get 2 more quotes. When I met with Jim he required 60% down and the materials was delivered on the day promised. The other 40% was paid once I was satisfied with the final product. What I like about this company is the option to have the shingles loaded on your roof vice left in the driveway. I informed Jim that we did not want our plants damaged, and he obliged. The trailer for debris was parked in my driveway, and the installers did not damage our plants or home at all.
