"Some major miscommunications existed at first. Company reps..(appointment scheduler & service tech) were not aware of Angies List "Deal" and I had to reschedule after the first service tech arrived unprepared to perform the full audit. The second visit was performed satisfactorily. I was a little disappointed by the cursory infrared scan that didn't impress me nor provide me with any substantial results. At the end of the audit I did receive a printout of various options that could be accomplished to increase our comfort & reduce our energy use. (the "standard options": radiant attic barrier and/or seal the crawlspace) All options were priced higher than similar quotes by other companies. I probably won't use this company for the work...But it was good to get their views of problem areas of my house."

"After the heavy rains we noticed we had a very leaking roof.
Most roofers either put off giving a quote or stated they could not do the work
for 3 to 6 months AND estimated almost twice going rate. Mr Anderson was able
to respond quickly and gave the lowest estimate as well as including waste
disposal and cleanup. (Some of the roofers wanted us to handle the debris). We
were VERY happy with his work and the end product is very attractive. He was knowledgeable
and polite. He walked us thru every step and offered very sound advice. The end

"From the first time I spoke to Jerry, I immediately knew that I wanted to work with him and his company!! After having talked to several other contractors, Jerry immediately put me at ease, assessed my roof/porch repair project quickly and was honest about the repairs I did need and did not try to dupe me into repairs I did not need. Jerry, cot and Jordan all accommodated my curiosity when (prior to and during) I asked questions about the project and did not rush or push me away, as if I was bothering them -- others have. Having worked with Anderson Roofing I feel like old friends or family just stopped by to help me with my Honey-Do List. "Quality of work seemed high until parts of floors came unglued, grout chipping in shower, areas missed paint in garage. 6 week project turned into 10+ weeks, WAY OVER PRICED! Sometimes workers wouldnt show the entire week. Had to have dry wall workers come back multiple times because they didn’t take mirrors or towel racks down just worked around them. Workers were nice and polite when at the house. Tons of miscommunication between myself and contractor. Very frustrating remodel job."

"Kevin and his crew worked efficiently and diligently in a quick and able manner to complete all wood repair tasks as well as sealing six skylights which showed evidence of rain penetration. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner. The crew cleaned up everything and removed

"It went well, they called me to do a follow up with me about the last job I had done and if there was anything else i needed that they had a ceiling fan special going on right now so i said yes i actually have a ceiling fan i need installed and a bedroom door i need looked at so they came the next day and did the repairs to my door and installed my fan. They also come in on time and with friendly services."
