"The appointment was for 8 am.  Alex called us around 730 stating he was having issues finding our home with the GPS.  Which where our home is located, GPS doesn't get you close.  So I asked him if I could meet him in town and he could follow me to the house.  He agreed and I went to meet him, he followed me to our house.  I went around with him and showed him what I needed done.  My wife and I had purchased a new deadbolt, and handle for our front door, and 2 electronic locks for 2 other doors.  He was extremely thorough with all of the locks, and he even asked us if we would like to have matching door knobs for the dead bolts.  The electronic deadbolts we purchased were silver in color, and the door handles were gold color.  I said that we would love for them to match, he said he will run into town and find something that matches.  He was gone about 30 minutes with new door knobs to match the deadbolts.  He left around noon, and did a great job, he even gave us the name of a reputable door person for an issue we were having with one of our doors.  We could not have asked for a more professional & respectful person for this job.  We have told everyone in our family about the great service, and if we need these services in the future, we know the only person we will call is Alex.  Thank You for the Great Service. <br />"
