"Zach mis measured a foundation on step #1, made the wood structure fit in the cheapest and laziest way. Concrete pillars were supposed to be hidden under the shed (I also supplied a drawing from another contractor to go by) and they now extend past so I am not able to just easily landscape around them as well as some of the brackets literally hanging off of the pillars. A couple of the concrete screws did not draw down all the way, a normal person would find out why and fix but nope they left it this way, pictures in the link!! The foundation was not square and it is to wide as well due to this mistake. I also had to shim multiple areas due to the foundation not being level. He promised to come back and help with some landscaping and some sort of flashing on the back to help hide the mistakes and most importantly keep water off the wood, I even had him give me a paid receipt saying he will return to help and then disappeared. I have linked pictures and a video of the terrible workmanship. Would not recommend. A follow up and help with some of the landscaping would have been very appreciated. { Removed google link}"

"If you are looking for someone to do foundation work on your home or business, Engineered Foundation Solutions are the people to call! After contacting them through their website, I was contacted the next day to set an appointment for an estimate. They worked with my schedule and I met with Brian within 5 days. I explained to Brian my problem and they developed a plan to solve it . I had an proposal in 3 days. After I sent my down payment and they put me on their schedule, Shannon their office manager contacted me every Friday to keep me updated that they were still coming on that date. We are a Certified Aquascape Contractor (CAC) We install water features primarily throughout the northeast Ohioo area and others areas of Ohio and western Pa on occasion. Landscape Professionals has been in business since 1981. We do not sub contract any of our projects out to other contractors but we do work for other contractors on occasion as sub contractors to those specific companies. Landscape Professionals has had displays at every Home & Garden Show at both the IX center as well as the Great Lakes Exposition Center when that facility was in business for the past 6 years. Currently we are a smaller company having less then 5 employees and have no intentions of increasing our size that might effect the exceptional customer service we have been able to maintain throughout our existence as a company. Besides cash or check, we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Our normal procedure for contracts involving installations is 50% down within 10 days of schedule start of per contract and the balance is payable upon completion of work.
