"Stay as far away from Wayflower as you possibly can (we used them because of a broker, which is another HUGE mistake). From start to finish, Wayflower is unprofessional, unethical, lazy, and an absolute disaster. As shady a mover as we have ever experienced. They demanded cash after loading all our goods on their truck. But they refused to provide a bill of lading. Instead, they had my wife sign a blank BOL, then provided a fraudulent, filled out BOL the next day. No box counts. No bar codes. No knowing if all of our stuff was even on the truck. Upon arrival, they demanded the other half of payment in cash before they would unload anything. And demanded it with only half the load on premise. When they opened the trucks, the majority of boxes ( and plastic bins) were crushed or broken or both. No care at all for our belongings. The two-man crew, neither of whom spoke English, refused to reassemble furniture (despite the contract) and even tried to pretend to do so. The our one be"

"This was the worst experience I?ve ever had with a professional company. Everything Jacob told me on the phone to get my business was a lie. They don?t use their own employees, or use their own trucks. A third-party delivered my items with a magnetic sign on the side of a rental truck, and hired day workers packed and loaded my furniture. A totally different set of hired day workers unloaded my furniture. Some of my very expensive all wood items were not even blanketed. Packing tape was used to wrap up my dining room table legs with no padding or paper. I paid extra for the TVs to be packed and they were covered with half a cardboard box and taped all over the back. One was completely broken upon arrival. My dining room chairs were not blanketed; Just thrown on top of all the boxes and other furniture. They ruined almost every single piece of furniture that we owned; Chips, Dings, scratches, missing parts and pieces. lamps arrived broken. Currently filing insurance. Don?t use!"

"dishonest!!! Feel swindled!! Used and screwed! $2542.59 over stated cost in writing! The owner came to my house to estimate the cost of my move based on pounds. At that time he told me he was not sure what the cost would be but probably $5000. The estimate stated Transportation Charges $4,607.75 Packing Services $81.00 Fuel Surcharge $460.78 Total Services $5,149.53. Since that day we paid $2302.59 deposit. Then when the came to get the boxes there was added, step fee, elevator fee, long haul fees, parking fees... so I paid another $4900.53. Only to have them ransom my things today for another $489. We have now paid a total $7692.12!!! That is $2542.59 over what our original bid in writing stated. At every turn you are off to another employee that tells you there is a new total and it's gone up from what the last person told you. They obviously know that they hold all the cards you have to vacate your property a certain time when they show up you're gonna pay them whateve"

"The moving crew themselves were great, friendly, competent. Inconsistent pricing from owner/manager. Get everything in writing up front before the job is performed if you hire them. Heard multiple different numbers for hourly rates/minimums etc and ultimately had to argue for final amount."
