We hired Steve because he listened carefully to our project vision for adding irrigation to another section of our yard. He gave us an estimate that was within our budget and his friendly demeanor connected with us right away. Once confirming his hire, he began the next day. He communicated when and how the project would proceed and followed through with putting everything back in order once the job was completed. Steve and Crystal came back to adjust the sprinkler spray to our specifications (we were not at home when they finished the install to tell them exactly where we wanted them). Crystal came back a third time to help us again to adjust a sprinkler head I messed up and changed a sprinkler head that I preferred after I asked them to change it. Incredible patience and Customer Service! Steve and Crystal worked tirelessly for our project and were committed to making sure we were satisfied with the end result. "The truck was here on time as scheduled. He would not dump the mulch in the yard because they company had a problem with their truck sinking into a leeching field. I told him that our field was out back but he said he couldn't put it anywhere except in the driveway, which I understood. It just made it a bit more difficult for me to carry it over to where I needed it. Other than that the product was excellent and it lasted at least three years before I needed to replace it. I would definitely use their products again."

"I needed to have the tree removed quickly so we could install an above ground pool. I talked to Shawn when I called to see what the cost would be, he asked me a number of questions and was able to give me a ballpark price range over the phone but stressed how important it was for him to actually see the tree and location. I agreed to have him come out and give us an estimate . Shawn arrived on time and after looking at the site quoted me a price lower than he had originally thought over the phone. To me that is a display of integrity when you have set a high and low expectation to adjust the price according to the actual requirements. Many would have just told me the lowest phone estimate. I only had to wait a few days to have them come out and that was due to rain. When they arrived, they were on time. Great care was taken to make sure the yard looked the same when they left as it did when they arrived (minus one big tree!). The crew was very polite and professional, one man climbed the tree and started taking down the tree on section at a time. The others were moving brush and stacking the wood out of the way. They really worked as a team. by lunch they were cleaning up and done. I would gladly hire them again for any of the services they offer."
