"After careful consideration by qualifying 4 roofing companies and 2 expert witnesses, our association chose Aastro Roofing as our roofing contractor to replace the roof on our clubhouse and for all 23 building and 100 units just under $2MM including demo of gutters, sheathing, facia, replace domed ABS skylights with E5 triple pane glass low profile, Landmark Pro shingles, commercial sized gutters, repairing stucco and painting. We could not be happier with the end result. More importantly, after the job was completed, we did have a few issues that were repaired immediately. This is so important as here in South Florida, once a company has completed their work, they are not quick to service the customer. This was not the case with Jason Blair, CEO of Aastro. I cannot say less as we would hire this company again in 40 years when we need a reroof! Given that this was such a large job, I researched and spoke to many contractors before making a final decision. Americas Choice offered one of the best bids monetarily, but what really set them apart was how well the owner communicated with me through every step of the process. He was very dedicated to making sure that I was satisfied and would either answer immediately or return my phone calls promptly. The workers did a very good job of keeping the job site clean, and the owner even offered to power wash the tire tracks off my driveway left by the shingle delivery truck. The end result was a brand new roof that keeps out the rain, making the house look great, and one very satisfied customer. I would highly recommend!"

I reached out to all three: one never called me back, one never showed or called for the quote appointment and Richard who answered my phone call as soon as I pressed send on the website. "We contacted them on Memorial Day. It was raining very hard and we discovered we had a roof leak. Mike, the owner came right over to speak with us, then a short time later he came back with one of his employees to inspect the roof. He worked up a quote for us within a few hours. Once we accepted the quote, he promptly scheduled the repair. The roofers were here on time as scheduled. They were all very polite and worked very hard all day. Mike spoke with me at the onset of the project as well as when the crew was finishing up so I would know exactly what was going on. They were fantastic!
