"We recently moved into a new place and knew that our roof was going to need some work and had leaks that had been patched by the previous owners. We had several roofing companies come by and check it out and by far T & G Roofing gave us the most comprehensive description of what needed to be done, how they were going to do it, and what it was going to cost us. Mike Cernile came to our home for the inspection, and had the quote back to us within a couple of days. He was very good at describing what was wrong with the current roof and what would be required to re-roof the home. He was the ONLY person among all the companies we talked to who described where the trucks would need to park and what damage that might cause to our yard, which my wife and I were very thankful for as there were no surprises the days the crews came to do the work. The tear-off was over in less than a day, and the roofing crew was there the very next day to start the work. The entire project was completed quickly and efficiently, with all the work being permitted and inspected. We are very satisfied with the roof we received from T & G."

"I called and spoke to Lonnie. He came out and showed up on time, asked a few questions, and went up onto the roof. He initially did not see any particularly horrible spots on the roof, but saw the interior water stains on the ceiling. He decided that he would patch/coat the general area for FREE, and then I should let him know if it works, because the issue could be minor...or possibly old. How nice is that? Wonderful customer service. Then, he went up to do the work and did find one spot that appeared to be "possibly" bad with a tear, and patched/coated it...and still did not want a payment because he wanted to make sure it worked first. It may be a month before it rains again in Palm Springs, but I will be using Elite roofing for repairs or replacement if one is needed in the future. It was the best and nicest service I've received in a very long time. He seemed to really care about doing a good job for me."

Brian Henderson, Estimator, is knowledgeable about his product and took time to discuss options available to restore the integrity of a roof on a 85 year old, architecturally distinct house in a designated historic neighborhood. He took measurements, surveyed the roof and took photographs. His promised assessment and proposal arrived a few days later. Several proposals are being considered, but La Rocque is a serious contender because the proposal and contract provides a step-by-step sequence of events and the timeline is reasonable. <br />"

"It was a pleasure doing business with Jay. He gave me options to repair an area with a leak or to relay the tile on the entire roof. I chose to do the entire roof because it was 24 years old and several neighbors also were having roof leaks. Jay's crew covered the leaking region with plastic and sealed a leaking vent pipe to get us through the rainy season. When the job started the crew arrived on time and worked full days. They were friendly and respectful and cleaned up debris each day. The dumpster and porta-potty were placed so we could put our cars in the garage at night. Overall they completed the job with minimal inconvenience to us."
