Despite having a 30-yr old system, he managed to make old and new work together seamlessly. I’m impressed by this very kind young man. He has an incredible work ethic and did a fantastic job adding new drip lines to my beds and pots and replacing the old heads that no longer functioned well. However, three employees all left at the same time two maybe three different times to get parts. I failed to understand the reasoning for this when they gave me an itemized quotation with the parts needed to complete the job front. "I used Warweg for the first time last year as my long-time irrigation guy retired. They were ok, not great but acceptable (3.5 out of 5). However, this year, they have apparently either gained more customers, lost several employees, or combination of both. I waited weeks for service on heads that needed fixed, while my lawn slowly died in the heat this year. When they finally showed up, they left my yard looking like a mole had done the work. I don't see a way to add photos here but, be assured, they left a mess that an amateur would be ashamed of. Trying to contact Warweg for any reason is frustrating as the office staff seems to have very little knowledge of why everything takes so long and they seem to be in a constant state of disarray. I'm going to find another irrigation service for next year. I would do so immediately but I paid up front for the entire year. I would strongly encourage any reader to keep looking for an irrigation service other than Warweg."
