This spring we put in over 325' of masonry walls and the work was beautifully done. "ALERT ??????? DO NOT HIRE SHAMROCK CHIMNEY We hired Shamrock to repair our chimney after it was identified as the source of a roof leak. The work was done improperly, and the leak continued. Two independent roofers later confirmed the poor workmanship. Shamrock agreed to return, but the follow-up visit was unprofessional and dismissive. The leak continued after additional rain, causing more interior damage. We were given conflicting explanations, missed appointments, and were ultimately told the issue wasn?t covered despite a ?10-year warranty.? Our refund request for the $1,600 we paid was denied, and we were told to stop contacting the company. We had to pay other professionals to fix what should have been done correctly the first time. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Shamrock."
