"Andres messaged me in advance to replace sliding glass door wheel cassettes ? "no problem." He arrived w/ 1 worker to assess parts needed, sent me a link via text for me to order them, took a down payment from me for the job, said he would be back to install when parts arrived. After the parts were bought/delivered I contacted him over the course of months. Andres - JI Carpentry & Painting messaged me he would not return to finish the job then ghosted me. My experience found Andres of JI Carpentry & Painting to be an inconsistent, unreliable, dishonest professional who fails to meet industry standards for communication, quality and ethical behavior breaking promises and exploiting homeowners financially. While he's managed a few good reviews I highly recommend everyone consider it's not uncommon for negative experiences to go undocumented. His negative reviews on Angi are just the tip of the iceberg for this guy given what's undoubtedly, hiding under the hood. "
