"Excellent service from start to finish. Pete took the time to discuss all possible options in detail, even some that other companies weren't willing to offer. He and Sean were available thru out the process to answer any questions or concerns that we had. The installation went smooth and we are very happy with the final product. Would recommend."

"We're very pleased with the final result, but oh what an ordeal to get there. First of all, Gary subcontracted the installation without telling us. The sub brought the wrong window because Gary didn't tell him which one was required by our contract. Worst of all, Gary's installation drawing was wrong. Based on the drawing, the sub installed the window too high, requiring a lot of re-work. The sub told me that Gary wouldn't pay for any additional time or materials to fix the error. I ended up paying extra directly to the sub so he could get the supplies needed to complete the job correctly. When there were issues, Gary could not be reached by me nor his subcontractor. He simply would not return phone calls. Although the sub's workmanship was very good, he was very unreliable. We spent several days waiting for him and he didn't show up nor call. Also, he should have caught the error in Gary's drawing much sooner. After the foundation was cut, a simple pull of a tape measure would have shown that there wasn't enough room for the window and a 10" header. Start to finish it was 15 days to complete a 2-day job. During that time they worked on six different days for a total of about 38 hours."

"After a terrible experience with Egress Systems Inc. not showing up on contracted date I contacted Steelway to see if they could get my egress installed before my basement reno started in a week. Tate came out to see the space early the next morning to accommodate me since I was leaving for vacation that morning. He even gave me his cell phone #. They gave me a fair price and were able to squeeze the job in before construction started. Everything was smooth and easy. They were prompt, provided excellent customer service, and we are very pleased with the job. I highly recommend Steelway for egress window install."

"We had a great experience with Grayboyes for our window and front door install. They were professional, timely, and the installation process was quick. We’ve enjoyed using their services that a year after our first project, we called them again for additional window replacements on another part of the house."

"Flawlessly. All windows were replaced including a large picture window and 15+ other windows without issue. The flashing on the outside was very well done and the trim and sealing on the inside were all very well done. 1+ year later, everything is still working very, very nicely. No complaints at all. I recommended Al to my mother-in-law and he replaced her windows and slider, too, and did just as good a job as he did for me."

"Work was done quickly and efficiently. Quality of the effort and the windows was very good (they were not premium windows) and looked and functioned as well as any window I've used. The install quality was very good and I being somewhat picky, was very surprised and satisfied with the work. After work was done and inspection, there was no need for a call back. All good, and would hire again."

"We were in need of a Kitchen renovation and window replacement. Contacted a few contractors only to find out that their actions did not live up to their reviews. After much research along came A B Graham Contracting. His estimate was very detailed and spelled out what was included in the entire scope of the project. We hired him. Prior to the start of the project we needed a design for them to work from. With plans in hand, Andrew and his crew of Joe and Jeff came in and methodically went about the kitchen transformation. Over the course of several weeks our dream became reality. Their eye for detail and suggestions were welcomed and made for a better end product. The kitchen also flowed into doing the dining room. We gave them a blank canvas for that room and they nailed that renovation. When they saw something that didn't look right, they mentioned it to us and gave us their expert opinions. Communications every step of the way as they take pride in their work and want to make it right. When you hire A B Graham Contracting you get the complete package."

"They did a great job. Were on time each day. Lots of communication about what was happening even before they arrived. They were responsive if I had a concern. I do want a 2nd window! Great experience with this company."
