I submitted an online request for an appointment and got a call right away from the friendly scheduler Liz. We wanted to get it done in time for the weekend, and they were able to send someone the very next day. Keith M. was right on time at the start of the window the company gave me and called me in advance to let me know he was on the way. We will definitely be calling generation 3 for any electrical work we need in the future."
