"Generators of Maine just completed the installation of a 14kw generator with parallel transfer switches, to protect 2 separate metered panels at a rental property that I own. I didn't even know that this was possible, until Doug Sawyer suggested it. The incremental cost of protecting the additional panel with the parallel transfer switch arrangement was a fraction the cost of an additional generator and transfer switch. Throughout the job, Doug and his crew were awesome. I am a terrible snoop who enjoys technology, so I hung around just watching and learning. They didn't seem to mind my presence and were friendly and informative through out the install. Every aspect of the job was 100% top-notch. Doug also managed to under bid his nearest competitor on every component and aspect of the job, including the annual maintenance contract, which I deemed to be worth the $$$. I highly recommend Generators of Maine."

"I needed a few things updated and repaired at my home and this company really came through! They were thorough, professional, and fast. I couldn?t be more happy and you will too. A+ service!"

"LaPlante's customer service was excellent. The contractors who came to install my generator were efficient, expert, and very willing to offer complete explanations as to what they were doing. I would recommend LaPlante any time."

"4th generation family business. Very knowledgable. Will come back in a year to check things out."

"Evan could not have been more professional. As a realtor , I have worked with dozens of electricians and hundreds of tradesman., some good— some bad. Evan was a good one . Prompt , communicative , and reasonable . I will use them again They required a kitchen, a bathroom, and wired in a new furnace . They also installed a generator . All projects were with in budget and on time . Very rare today"

"After one of the snowstorms we had this last winter, we found ourselves without electricity. A tree had fallen across our power line, ripping the electric meter off the house and hurling it across the lawn. Perhaps it is needless to say that we felt like the helpless prey of the Universe. On the advice of a friend, we called C. B. Electric. This company proved to be fast and reliable. Their charges were reasonable. They were polite, really nice and reassuring people. They told us when they would be here, and they came when they said they would, which was only a day or two later. They immediately started a search for a replacement meter. When they got that, their work was fast and was performed with what I like to call "snappy exactitude." We absolutely could not have been better pleased. Electricians just don't get better than this."
