He arrived on time, the quality of his work was excellent and fairly priced, and he finished the work faster than initially projected. Bob also went out of his way to do some additional touch-up paint work in the unit, and gave my girlfriend a small screwdriver for another repair in her apartment. I have no complaints, and will definitely use Pino Construction for any of my future repairs! I strongly suggest that you check with him for any of your future repair work too."

"Oh, boy--Erick (and Tom, his guy) have done work for me on my 100-yr. old home, for over a decade! First job -- Erick alone--built a gorgeous deck...neighbors couldn't stay away. ...still getting compliments. Last two big jobs-- redid garage and installed electric doors, and custom tiled a bath everyone else wanted to "demo". . In-between took care of several other problems as they came up. "Bertie was recommended to us by a friend for some work that he completed in Jamaica Plain. We recently built a 2nd floor on our cape in Milton and needed walls and ceilings in three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a hallway and stairwell. Bertie was prompt with his bid and was extremely flexible with his start date. He was finished with the entire job in less than four days, which was incredibly impressive. In addition, part of the demolition included tearing down two walls on the first floor and a strip of drywall by the front door. Without asking, Bertie fixed those as well and included them in the price. Furthermore, we are installing a pocket door and need to wait for that before drywall goes up, plus our plumber needs access to the shower before the durock goes up, and Bertie has already committed to helping us with those issues as soon as they are ready. "Dan returned my call in a very timely and professional manner at a time when it was extremely busy on the South Shore and especially in Rockland. We had the makings of a serious leaking problem behind the siding in our home and Dan was not only the ONLY company to call us back he gave us a fair price and was honest about what he could and could not do and made no promises. The men were very careful when they removed the snow from our roof as to where they were throwing it to make sure they did not damage anything on the ground or the awning over our door. There was also someone on the ground to shovel the snow off the walkways that had already been cleared. They placed "ice melt socks" that my husband and I had made at the suggestion of the fire department otherwise we would have no other way to get them on the roof. One of our neighbors ended up hiring them right then and there to remove snow from their roof also. We may hire them again if need be and also again in the spring to give us a new roof.
