"After contacting Above All Roofing I was quickly notified by Cyle. He was very polite, professional and courteous. We agreed on a time that worked best for me and he showed up exactly when he said he would! After inspecting the roof it was determined that the missing flashing from my chimney was most likely the culprit. Within a day or 2 I was emailed a quote to fix the flashing and also a full roof replacement quote. I decided to go with the full roof replacement. Once again I contacted Cyle and he set up an appointment to meet and was once again there when he said he would be. Once the contract was signed a day was set up for installation. The crew that showed up was awesome! Chris, Cyle and the rest of the crew showed up early and did not stop at all! It was a very smooth and seamless process and any additional work that needed to be done was communicated to me. I was extremely impressed with the whole process from beginning to end. "Fredy and Andrea at Global Roofing combine to provide excellent customer service with high quality installation. From quote to complete the entire process was smooth. We were looking at metal roofing first and learned quickly that these folks know a lot about the options, potential issues and installation. Ultimately we went with CertainTeed asphalt shingles due to supply chain price increases for metal, a limited color selection, and because I tend to walk on my roof for a few reasons. On the 1st scheduled day the crew arrived on time and ready to work. They hung tarps and netting to collect all debris and protect shrubs , etc. They moved fast and efficiently with a big enough crew to clear old shingles and start installing new by mid-afternoon. At the end of the day they cleaned everything up, and I do mean everything. By end of day two they were done, once again cleaning everything before leaving. We were very impressed with Global and definitely recommend them for your roofing project."

"I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my excellent experience with Lifetime Roofing. Kyle came in person, discussed the job (with an impressive overlay presentation of the GAF roofing materials), and helped work out a schedule. He was clean-cut, well-spoken, and very knowledgeable. Lifetime Roofing was able to accommodate our need for a prompt roofing date, and we had our house and garage roofing finished within two weeks of that first meeting. Kyle was quick to respond to all emails, and did everything he promised exactly as promised. We were never left hanging or wondering if the job would happen as planned. The roofing materials were delivered the day before. The dumpster was in place bright and early on the roofing day. The roofing crew arrived on time, and even though it was a brutally 90+-degree hot August day, they were able to strip the one layer of old roof and install the new roof on both house and garage all in one day. They were a terrific team (men AND women): very competent, respectful, and VERY hard-working. They had the whole job done before 6pm, including a very thorough clean-up. I was totally pleased with the whole project. The roof looks terrific. Our neighbors were impressed. Any minor issues were dealt with immediately. With any roofing job, I think you have to expect some stray nails and messy chaos during the process. But I was very impressed with the care and professionalism of the roofing crew. They had an efficient, clear system, and worked beautifully together. They left everything as tidy as reasonably possible. They even went the extra mile to do things right at no extra cost! They are the best at what they do! And I would have them back in a moment. "Doug has been VERY helpful over the past 30 hours as we have had some challenging ice dam problems. (Certainly soooooooo many of us are having problems especially over the past several days.) At first I sent an email and then decided to call. He is easy to work with and very flexible. Doug suggested I send him a photo to better understand our situation. He indicated one of his teams could hopefully service us possibly Monday or ideally by Tuesday. Then, out of the blue, Doug called this afternoon indicating one of his teams was willing to service our ice dam this afternoon!!!! Miracles do happen. The team members were wonderful and ever so kind as I checked in with them. It was bitter cold with all of the wind we had. They were as patient as could be.
