He got us an estimate right away, was patient with me when I didn't really know exactly what we wanted and went over all the options with me (repeatedly!). My only complaint is that we had a brand new puppy at the time and there were a couple of pieces of wood left behind with nails in them... luckily we watched out for these things but that could be dangerous! Dave did a beautiful job of removing both railings from the steps, cutting out the rusted posts, welding in new posts, and re-cementing the fixed railings back into the concrete steps.
